What pot odds to use?

I have a quick question about how you do you pot odds in LIMIT Hold’em.

Hypothetically:
You have 2 overs (6outs) and they will make the best hand.

24.1% on turn or river (3.1:1)
12.8% on turn (6.8:1)
13% on river (6.7:1)

After the flop do you make your next call based on the pot odds for:
1) for the turn or river, or
2) the next card only?

I know this is a newbie question but I think it may be a BIG leak in my game as well as others since I have been making the call based on the next 2 cards to come.

It's read-dependent. If opp is c-betting, and you're pretty sure heshe won't take another shot at the turn, you can take the two-card odds of course.

If opp is pretty aggressive, you can accept a little less than the one-card odds, because heshe will likely bet again and/or call you if you hit on the next one, adding to the payoff you can expect.
