party poker software problem: no action buttons

I decided to try playing on Party. I bought into a $5 tournament, and played a few hands.

After about 8 hands it came to my turn but I had no action buttons! I couldn't tell it whether I wanted to call, fold, or raise. Eventually it timed out and marked me as disconnected.

I left the table, emailed tech support for a refund, and tried another game. Same result! I left the table, emailed support again, and closed the program.

Anybody else had this problem? Is there a fix?

I had that happen before.

Uninstall the software. Reboot. Reinstall.
