Checkraising TPNK
When I get checkraised, I think I always assume the worst: 2pair or better. But today I was rereading SSH and he advises a CR to protect a hand as weak as TPNK
Makes perfect sense, of course: you're in early position, and call a raise from late but there are early limpers. so you CR to get the limpers out if they're drawing.
The questions is: do you guys really do this frequently in a full ring? Is it more profitable than just leading? Actually with TPNK in early I tend to check-call. I bet that's a huge leak.
Also, I'm often the guy in back c-betting, and getting checkraised. Without a strong draw, I generally drop it there. Am I getting outplayed?
BTW I'm talking about standard semifishy 1/2 LHE
