Default Positionplay in S'n'G, is this played correctly?

Hi, I'm a newbie that have build my BR from $25 to $150 on Poker Stars. But now I seem to be stucked between $150 and $200 and cannot get over $200.

This is a S'n'G $5+0,50. My question is:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (7 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

    MP1 (t1930)
    MP2 (t2005)
    Hero (t1440)
    Button (t2080)
    SB (t758)
    BB (t1760)
    UTG (t3527)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q, Q.
3 folds, Hero raises to t150, Button calls t150, 1 fold, BB calls t120.

    Flop: (t465) 3, 9, 6 (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t300, Button calls t300, BB folds.

    Turn: (t1065) 7 (2 players)
    Hero bets t990 (All-In), Button calls t990.

Should I take it slower here and check, then maybe fold if he raises? Maybe more aggresive on the flop? Or is it right (in the long term) to go all-in here? Should I be tighter in the beginning of a S'n'G?

Here, I'm thinking that any sets have me beaten, but I do not put him on PP. Of course there could be a straight if he holds 8T or 58, but for me it seems unlikely. And I cannot see that he is on flush-draw. Right or wrong?

    River: (t3045) 3 (2 players, 1 all-in)

    Final Pot: t3045

    tough position.
With him calling the preflop raise and this kind of flop I would be vry concerened by the smooth call on the flop. The only hands that make sense are sets and maybe overpairs.
The problem is that any weakness shown will open you up for bluffing.
I can't fault pushing here, especially at 5.50, he could also call you down with A9, K9, etc...

In a $5.50 (I still play them too) he could be calling you with all kinds of things, a set, TT-JJ, middle pair, overcards. I think you're ahead enough here to push to take down the pot on the turn.

I will never play a $5 or a $10 SNG again, too many potato heads calling large preflop raises with A5 and other assorted Bull$hit.$20 is the bottom of my SNG list now

Did he have a set? It's hard to think he could have had anything else really.

    Thanks for all replys.

Yes, quite obvious he had a set. River gave him full-house.

    Results:
Hero has Qh Qs (two pair, queens and threes).
Button has 9d 9c (full house, nines full of threes).
    Outcome: Button wins t3045.
