Does anyone find themselves performing pot odds in their everyday life? Today I went to Office Max to buy a cheap printer for college. It was $80 and when I was checking out I was asked if I wanted to pay $11.99 for a one year warranty covering anything that may go wrong, besides being lost or stolen. So I was thinking 80 bucks in the pot, should I call this $12 bet? I was like hmmmm that's roughly 7:1. Then I thought what are the chances of me breaking this printer. I figured there was no where near a 1 in 7 chance it would break within a year. So I told the dude, "No thanks, I just don't the pot odds."
