Playing flush draws/overcards/overpairs
Been playing a little more NLHE recently and I'm having problems in these areas. (This is only $10 buy-in)
Example) AK of diamonds. 1 raise before me, I rearaise so it's HU on the flop. Flop is rags and 2 diamonds. I get bet into and reraise to put him all in. Is this correct or not?
As a side track to this what if I have AK/AQ, basically two over cards and a similar situation happen. Are you calling this to the turn?
Example) QQ in BB, bunch limpers so I raise big and get 2 callers. Flop is rags and a J. I bet 3/4 pot, other guy calls and button raises. Once again I put reraised big to get rid of other caller. Works but button puts me all in. I call and he hits his A on the river for AJ two pair. Proper play or no?
Anyways, there are more examples but I'd just like a little overview/advice on how you all handle these types of cards.
