You bet throughout, so may not be putting you on the flush. If your outflushed, oh well. He could just have the ten and be repping the flush to scare you off.

ya I know. I called. And I lost to an over flush.

It just stung. Made me feel like I needed to make bigger bets on the turn to maybe get a better idea of where I stood in the hand.

Standard against unkown villain. Break something, scream a few expletives, then type in a note. The key is to not pay him off like this in the future.

The playerpool at NL10 is so big its not really needed to make notes.. if i would make a note i would make it "NL10: calls turn OOP with nuts and check shove river"

With that being said; I would probably make the call again:

    - he might think you will fold next time
    - he might do this with a lower flush
    - set? K9-Q ? AT? NL10 players even think TP is the nuts

ya, i was really hoping he caught his straight. Or was out right bluffing. Or at least two pair.

    But it wasnt to be.

    Raise or fold preflop.

    Call river for sure.

Notes are a good habit. I would wait until someone else looked him up light before I did it. 10nl villains tend to play VERY much in a rut, and notes can be a goldmine of info.

try not to play SC's in early position preflop. If u are playing them...raise them.
