Pokers fun.
Will get a stat check at around 25k hands from people that actually know how to play the game.
I've been back in forth with poker multiple times.
Last time I seriously played I moved up from 10 to 25nl pretty quickly. And bet it over 25k hands for 4BB/100+ I cant remember exactly.
Took a...

Its still a fold from a purely ICM perspective. But note, that if the shover doubles up we will be having to call with ATC from the BB in two hands. It is only a 0.05difference and ICM won't be...

Call, you've got a top 20%ish hand, and you haven't got much tournament equity left with your stack size
Your going to be out of position against him in a multiway pot. If you had AT+ (depending on how fishy he was, I.e seen him allin with Ax) you could shove 3b to isolate him.
Hand 1: Fold turn. Set or forget. Chasing draws, especially gutshots is a terribly easy way of bleeding chips.
Hand 2: Fold preflop, once your stack gets to about 15bb you don't want to be playing...

Lol, how bigs your screen? and do you get a sore neck?
Plus like Rivermonster said, we get to destroy the bubble with a big stack if we win this which greatly improves the outcome of the game
If CO is a known regular we should know his range is reasonably wide, Unknown could have Ax or any pokie pair.
Alot of the time we're flipping for a triple up or bette against two dominated hands....
I was going to say that its pretty terrible to raise-fold at that blind level.
Maybe the extra blinds stolen at low risk outweighs the times they get 3b exploited. It'd be pretty close either way....
So in essence the difference between shoving and openraising is pretty marginal? My default is just to open shove here, as its easier. I also open shove my raising pairs apart from KK and AA.
I've...
I prefer to open shove as I don't like missing this flop with these stack sizes, your right in that it might be less EV than open raising as it folds out hands that may 3bet us. But by shoving it...
Thanks for the tips
