I live in the USA, I'v played in fulltilt poker (mostly cash), bodog (I hate this room now), pokerstars (tournaments and some sitngos), Ultimatebet (sngs made money and lost them in cash).

I have some experience with tournaments, I have 100$ and I'm wondering whats the best poker room to start out at and at what entries? 1$ i would guess??
