yea idk, i figured the only hands that would call a raise, that i beat, would be AQ and maybe AK,kqss.
by polarized i meant nut hands, and weak pair hands that couldn't stand a raise. JJ, QK

i dont think anyone said raising turn is bad. I just failed to raise because in the heat of the moment i thought his repeated $5 turn bet was very polarized
Yea turn was def my mistake, but river shove seemed like he thought he missed value in his turn bet.
Villain is very nitty running 13/8 but very aggro too, and 3bet once in the past 50 hands
I probably missed a lead or c/r opportunity on the turn. With the river i was planning to check call but...
because you can discount AJ,QT and AK still has 10 outs versus us?
yea I dont think hes doing this with less than AKhh AQhh, very rarely 67hh, 9Thh. and ur oop. You're not going to be happy c/c on turn and river bricks either.
How is the flat pre? should we...
If i c/c turn am I leading diamond/6 rivers?
I raised flop for value due to the equity I had against what I thought his continuing range would be. I'll take it at face value that pre was atrocious.
edit: probably just leveled myself in...
k guess i over adjusted his range based on dynamics
If is turn continuing range is AA,88,AQs+,AQo+, would c/c be best ?
I guess I forgot to mention our history. He's 3bet me both pre and post flop often during the session.
Both times he did it post flop hes done it with overs on drawy boards against my over pairs. ...
villain is 21/19 11% 3b over 500 hands 3bets in button around 6%

It's a bit of both.
Regs expedite the transfer from bankroll to rake while the fish keep adding money to increase the maximum possible rake.
if your raise is flatted are you checking behind IP and c/f oop on non AKQ turns?

thanks - yea he folded, but I see how his b/c > b/f
Villain is 46/13 and donk folds alot. I wanted to know if this is a good spot since i feel hes betting 9x Tx on the river alot. He'll obviously call down with flush, two pair, str8s but his bet...
hand 1: why such a small cbet and pot sized turn bet? I feel you can get as many folds with lower turn bets.
hand 2: i like pre if villains cbet is really high. I like turn given flop
thanks for the responses. From my other posts it seems like most feel im over thinking some spots and have few sizing issues. It probably stems from not forming accurate ranges or knowing how to...
K i understand my bet sizes need to be smarter, but as played what do you think hes calling/raising that I beat?
I feel like checking could induce him to bet a much wider range than he would...
villain is tight 14/12/3.7 but I've also been pretty aggressive against him

I get your point about flatting flop and reverse implied odds and the decision on the river. His range is clearly balanced on the flop and polarized on the river.
But what about folding pre? ...
Ok I guessed a b/f line would rep a pot controlled over pair but as you say, any bet can easily be flatted by Jx.
Which leads the question, would I ever take this line with QQ-AA? If C/Jam or...
villain is tag 21/16 hasn't gotten out of line and I've been running pretty nitty on the table.
