To be honest, I think most players lose money in the blinds. As long as you're winning overall, I'd say you're fine.
Do you mean where you want to view the replay the hand? They'll be in your cash game/tourney histories.
A cool feature in poker tracker is the autorate, you just set the rules, and it will display icons next to the plays, such as fish, shark etc depending on your rules.
Do you give this while playing on multiple tables at a time? or only one table? I think it has something to do with your processor.
You'll need to configure the hud. Go to configure hud->tourney/cash depending on what you play. Then there should be a lit of stats. Look for the one you want and add it.
PokerTracker's a great tool. I think there is a pot odd tool which is free called Pokerstove or something. I haven't used it before, so I'm not sure what exactly it does though.

You can export your hand histories. In case you played tourneys, you might need to send an email to Pokerstars requesting for tournament summaries.
