WW2 derail
It's always fun talking about WW2, and nobody wants to see text in picture threads...

I understand that our govt hasn't been a great role model in recent years, but you could at least show a little respect for what it's done for you and your country in the past.
tl;dr
You are a cunt.
It wasn't the American soldiers that "saved anybody's ass", but the supply lines. England could have held out forever with US supply, and the Soviets started pushing Germany's shit in anyways. Hitler never wanted to fight on two fronts because he knew he couldn't win. A big ass island on one side and an enormous tundra on the other meant the Third Reich was doomed.
In the latter stages of WW2, it became a fight to the death, and Germany could never stop the Soviet hordes or the entrenched British
On the Pacific front, Japan was overextending as well, and would have crumbled in time. They could have controlled some islands, but that's it. They only attacked US because we cut off their oil supply; they had no choice, but it was also signing their own death warrant
Even if Germany and Japan were able to control the entire world, it wouldn't last more than a couple years. It would have been logistically impossible for Germany to tell Stalingrad what to do. The way to win a war is to take over a strategic country then end the war. World domination cannot happen without unrealistic manpower levels
