Hmm I'm not sure I'm with you. Typically people use ATMs on a regular basis, and they're all pretty much the same everywhere in the world so there's no real excuse for standing there staring at the screen for ages imo. I know I haven't been to the movies in ages and can't remember the last time I used a ticket machine, and I can imagine these machines being more retardedly designed UI-wise and/or more inconsistently than an ATM.
