Any way i want to see your new post now that Stars make this change and alow you to play your "before" game.Good Luck.
Hey, Andy, thanks for reading and thanks for making your first (and only so far) post here I was somewhere between 5 and 10 buy-ins away from being able to move from $200NL on Stars to $400NL when that awful change was made. There's no way to tell now, but I think I would have been a winner at $400NL and $600NL and hit the wall at $1000NL. This is based on the player pool at the time. There just weren't a lot of games running at $400NL and $600NL to vault up to $1000NL, but enough where if I game selected, I could have SLOWLY done so. Just a guess, though. When I got burnt out at poker last August, I was playing a combo of $100NL and $200NL on Full Tilt and I had won 30 buy-ins at $100NL and had just got started at $200NL with no significant amount won or lost.
Now that Stars has made this WONDERFUL new announcement, I can HOPEFULLY basically rebuild and try to slowly get where I was before. I've been playing $25NL this month having won around 8 buy-ins or so ... hit 10 at one point I think and I didn't even play one week because I was out of town on vacation. On 02/10/2011, I plan to exclusively move to $50NL and re-evaulate. If the games seem REALLY good, I may start mixing in some $100NL. If it's slow going, I'll just stick with that for a while.

One more thing, at $25NL and below, there is not only NO "shallow" but NO "CAP" either. And, I'm still betting the farm that from $50NL to at least $200NL that fish are going to play NLHE and not CAP.
