One thing I need to study/think about/do more is double barrel more turns vs regs/TAGs, not a huge amount more but there's a few spots where I just seem to auto think "he called flop so he's not folding anything" when I need to be thinking about his range, tendencies, my equity, how the board is developing etc etc. I'll focus on it next session.

Played in the uni poker society HU tournament, drew one of the few competent players there first round and went out in a very close with some interesting dynamics. Will post a match report later.
