Funny little session I had today. It seems gods of poker were in favor of fish. Got beat by really terrible fish today, especially from some really terrible reg fish. Most coinflips were in their favor, also it seems that whenever I jam it in late stage of game (with Kx, or some weak Ax), I seem to run in top of their range. Still winning though, some tiny ROI of 2.5% over 120 games, so calling it a day.

One of the most important things I have learned in last few days (actually saw it in some instructional vid and decided to try it out): DO NOT EVER LOOK AT YOUR ALLIN SHOWDOWNS!!!
Its simple: you jam, villain calls, you look at his hole cards and look away, somewhere, anywhere, until all streets are shown. And then you look back, and see wether you won or lost. And you simply don't care. It has reduced my tilting significantly, actually, its almost nonexistent. I had really short tilt session today where few fish in a row gaypiled on me with huge suckouts, but chilled pretty fast, other then that, its all cool.
And why is that so? When you are allin and watch cards going down, you are anxious from anticipation, especially if villain pairs his card on flop, and then you get all mad and go into gambly mode and cheer for your card to come on turn and river. If you don't get it, you get mad. If you get it, you also get a tiny orgasm in your brain.
And why is that bad? If villain sucks out on you, you will pretty much be tilting. Wtf how can this happen noob fish donk!!??!?! And focus goes away. Same way, if you suck out on villain, and were a huge underdog (like Q5 vs AK), you get all excited because you got money in BAD, and you won, and it induces a gambler in you, to pull out bluffs and crazy play more often. So that is also not good for a game.

So, once you remove anticipation and gamblish excitement from a game you can be fully focused to make rational decisions. And thats it.
