Hey guys.
What are the hardest things about learning to work with ranges?
I'm going to use the answers in future strategy articles here on FTR.
Thanks.

- estimating their size and relative size of their sub-ranges during play (ie the relative size of villains call/raise/fold to one another when facing our bet)

ok so as an side of sorts, i am very seriously considering starting to play poker again for a small side income and other personal reasons. if i do decide to do this, my entire study routine is going to be working through this latest spoonitnow series. he is GIVING this community free poker coaching and responding to people's questions, maths workings etc to an extent that would have earned at least $40-50/hr in a different, but still reasonably recent, online poker climate and market. this is precisely the content and delivery of information i would have gladly traded many, many buy-ins for a few years ago struggling like fuck to move anywhere past 100nl and believe it or not, actually putting in a fuckload of hard (albeit incredibly inefficient) study time.

1. In the first place I find it really difficult to give an opponent a range based only on his stats. |

1. I struggle with outliers, like when I have HH showing a 3bet with K8s when he's only 3betting 8%. Is he aware? Does he have a read? Or is he just clicking drunk? |
