    Default Stats newb question

Hi, I am new here. Long time lurker, first time poster.
I've never used pokertracker before and I just bought it.

I read alot of posts and people always say things like

    Villain is 13/11/2.9

    What stats are those??

Sorry I know this is a super newb question, but I searched alot and couldnt find the answer. I feel like an idiot because the answer is probably everywhere

Hello, welcome to FTR, we're sure happy you're taking the next step in your poker development.

If you would please read this section and come back if your questions aren't answered that would be peachy:

Thanks for the links.. lots of good info there.

However, sadly, I still can not find what I am looking for : (

Also, I would like to add that I am not new to poker.. just new to PT and a new member

Lastly, after looking over PT for a bit. I assume the 2.9 is Total AF?
13, and 11 are most likely VPIP and PFR%? or vice versa?

    Is that correct?

I just want to know so when I read threads I can follow along better
I assume its these stats, as they seem like the most valuable, but do not know

Just to clarify, AF is total aggression factor POSTFLOP. As a very general rule of thumb, AF ~ 2 seem to be "neutral," with stations clocking in about AF ~ 1ish and aggressive players AF >3ish.

The AF numbers are of limited utility. On the flop, lots (most/all) of FTR regs like the "cbet" stats: cbet%, folds to cbet%, raises cbet%. Gets a better picture of what they'll do in specific situations than AF.

PFR is always less than VP$P.

AF is like useless because 2.0 from a 70/10 is like super aggressive post-flop and 2.0 from a 8/5 is super-nitty

Do you use Aggression Frequency % instead of AF? Neither?

    I use Aggression Frequency

    around 50% is very aggressive
    20% is passive

Yeah, I use that, too. On the flop, I think you're right that 50% is pretty agro, but on the turn it's less than that.
