This is a bit of a whine/rant, so you are warned.

I took a bit of a break from poker, and dealt with some life stuff, and recently I came back to it, and started grinding again.

Its going awfully and I cant even beat 4nl anymore. I really dont know what I'm doing so wrong, but Im apparently spewing money like its nobody's business.

Im generally trying to play tight, opening something like aq+, 88+ from utg, adding a few more hands with better position, stealing blinds when I can from button. As far as post-flop goes, Im cbetting most HU pots from oop, and generally trying to play pretty tight. When im ip, I try to be more aggressive. Honestly, it seems like im playing with my cards face up sometimes, and Im not really sure why.

Tips anyone? Or need any stats info?
