Finally....
You're opening partially to try to flop a set, but remember set mining is more when we plan to play fit or fold on the flop. We can still c-bet good boards to c-bet and win pots that way too, so it's not strcktly just to set mine, if it were, we'd rather limp or give ourselves a better price.
