I have been playing video games since I was in kindergarten... and after about 10,000 hrs playing meridian 59/everquest etc.. I guess your brain gets good at making quick decisions. I also have a chess background which helps a lot.

I play exactly the same as I would 2-4 tabling. I am guessing I would run about 5-6BB/100 or so 4 tabling 25NL, this month I am running 3BB/100 24-tabling. The difference is I guess I miss out on some marginal money making spots. Its hourly rate I am most interested in. If I want to get better at poker I watch videos, read a book, or read FTR. Playing is not the time to work on your game imo, its the time to make money.

There is no set formula I follow.. I just try to play the best I can each hand and move on. It does take some practice, but you'd be surprised what the human brain is capable of if you use complete focus.

And its not like I don't have ample time to make decisions.. 1,500 hands an hour can get boring.. I sometimes wish stars would let us 30 table or something. I have watched videos of people play 24 on stars and 16 on FT simultaneously.. I may try that some day when I improve.
