As we all know, 'rilla has been having a tough time lately. A month´s downswing if I recall right! My question for you is: have you reevaluated your recommendations for a proper bankroll after this experience or are you confident that the 12-15 buy-ins (or even 20) you talk about in the thread of the top of this forum is enough?

Then another thing in the same subject. These recommendations are often about the number of buy-ins you would need, more seldom about the blinds. But I think it´s obvious that it´s more risky to play .50/1 at Party´s former structure with a $50 buy-in, than it is to play at Absolute where you can buy in for $50 at the .10/.25 tables. I actually think that the blinds are a bigger factor than the buy-in, because all bets are sized in relation to the pot which in turn is related to the blinds, and the only time your buy-in really counts is in an AI situation which happens far from every hand.

Maybe someone could figure out some new recommendations with the formula "X big blinds or X buy-ins, whichever equals the most amount of money"?
