Starting at the top,
Do we 3-bet/call KK+, with 55% equity? Or does it make more sense to flat behind (no 3-bet) with KK, and only 3-bet/call w/ AA? Should we ever be 5-betting this Villain?
Given our calling range, and our limited 3-bet value range, what is our 3-bet/folding range?
