    1 & 3 standard
4 what range do you put him on when you call the flop?
5 bad hand to 3bet with - you'll end up dominated waaaayyyyy too much, and fold out hands you want to play against
6 pot odds say call this blank river w/ 2 pair, utg can't raise
  3. #3
For hand 4, his range would likely be AJ+, KQ, maybe KJ 99+. The numbers I have on him would say otherwise, but can't rely on <100 sample.

But he checks a blank turn OOP which would weight his range towards weak top pair hands and lower. Does that give me an opening to b/f turn - I could possibly get KK/QQ to fold though it is a small percentage of his range.

Agree on the other hands - thanks!
  4. #4
I think this range is way too wide for hand 4. I would guess it's more like TT+, AK and maybe AQ and AJs. You're in the cutoff, and while it's a stealing position not many folks 3bet light from the blinds against a raise there. Typically, the CO PFR isn't wide enough, unless your steal stats are sick. You're just not ahead of very much of that range, and if his range is wider it's got hands like AQ/AJs/ATs in it that he might take this line with. The line also screams TT - KK, some of which you beat.

I dunno, I'll be interested to hear what others say, but I'm not sure I'm calling here. I don't think you're ahead enough, especially if you have worry about two more streets worth of betting.
