    River: ($6.80) K (2 players)
    SB bets $6.10 (All-In), Hero ???

imo he played the hand like a draw. Given his passiveness I don't think he's making that bet on the river with a busted FD very often. If that's the case though, then I'm basically putting him on one hand, QJ. Does anyone think he might play AA or a set like this? Right after the hand happened I was second guessing myself but now that I look at it it seems like a pretty easy fold. Thoughts?

check/call flop, check/call turn, donk shove all-in river is classic big hand line - he's a fish, but I doubt he's capable of a bluff here. He might have T9 and do this, but there's not much in his range that you beat, imo.

we beat diamonds, lose to 2x, QJ, 99,TT and KXdd combos.

tough spot, I think betting the turn is an interesting decision as getting c/bombed sucks and I'm not sure how much value we're getting out of worse made hands. Draws certainly will continue but it's not the worst thing in the world for like the the 8s,Js,Qs,etc to roll off if he happened to have some sort of straight draw that he might fold on the turn.

Soooooooooo river is tough but I'd fold and the turn isn't a clear cut bet.

spenda, we beat Kxdd unless it's KdTd
but I still fold river he has trip deuces way too often here

also I think we have good showdown value on the turn and checking it back is not bad at all

I decided I would re-read PNL this week and after getting halfway through I would make the decision to check the turn here, although prior to reading I normally just bet because I'm a spew tard and my thought process would be something like 'lol bet cuz i got outs'.

Even at VP$IP 47 how many twos are in his range to a 5x pf raise? I'm not checking the turn due to the spade re-draw. It also doesn't look like he has 99 or TT unless op's read is he limps all PP...It looks like the king hit him and he doesn't think it helped you. IDK what to think here as laggs are harder to read. I'd probably fold out of confusion.

I just meant that he has a wide range. sorry for not being 100% spot on with my terminology. Obv this was the most important point of my post....

hmm I guess its not as clear cut as I thought. I agree with what Robb said though. When you consider his entire line, he has a very strong hand the vast majority of the time after his river bet. If it was a smaller bet I would very seriously consider calling but I think this is a fold.

Also, checking the turn is very interesting. Its true that we do have a vulnerable hand with good showdown value, but the main reason I bet is because he is so loose/passive. He's going to call with worse hands given his looseness, but I'm going to have to do the betting given his passiveness.

    Anyways, appreciate the responses.
