Terrible flop to bluff as most have said - trying to get nearly all villains to fold any overpair on this flop and turn is asking for trouble. On the flip side, raising a set on this flop may be a good way to get paid off depending on the villain.

I hope you don't think I'm picking on you OP, but some of your recent posts suggest that you are not interpreting flop textures as well as you could (particularly with reference to both your own perceived range and your opponents range), and I think this may be causing you a few problems at 5nl. Definitely worth reading up on and I found this really helped my own game earlier this year.
