Whats your worst beat?

Every poker player now and then faces beats...But which one was your worst beat which you will always going to remember?

AA EP, raised to 5 BB, get reraised by butt to 15 bb, i reraise to 40 bb (stacks over 250bb both) he call

flop A 3 K.... check both

turn 5 he bets, i reraise 3x his all in i call

river K

shows KK

Dunno. Worst beat I dished out to someone was amusing though, and telling him he played the hand like a retard was like lighting a firework, he went on a ten minute rant, it was awesome.

It went something like this...

Hero is BB and is dealt 35s
Villain is UTG+2

Relative stack size 100bb

fold, Villain raises to 4bb, folds, Hero raises to 10bb, Villain calls

Flop Q79 rainbow
(pot 20.5bb)

Hero bets 14bb, Villain calls

Turn 8
(pot 48.5bb)

Hero bets 30bb, Villain calls

River 6
(pot 108.5bb)

Hero shoves, Villain snaps

Villain shows QQ (three of a kind, queens)
Hero shows 35s (straight 9 high)



I think I actually made him cry with this one.



Worst one I saw, this really is the worst of bad beats based on the flop action. I don't remember pre flop too well, I folded junk to a raise and only remember the action from the flop.

Flop was QQ5 two diamonds.

There were three people in the pot, we'll call them Doris, Dot and Betty.
Doris bets, Dot raises and is all in, Betty raises and is all in, Doris snaps. Very large pot.

Doris shows 55
Dot shows AQ
Betty shows 44

Turn 4
River 4

Everyone vomits violently.

$5 mtt 6max, entrants something like 1750, there are 11 left.

Hero's stack is approx $400k
Villain's stack is much larger
Average stack is around $350k
Blinds are $10k

Hero is UTG and is dealt KQo

Hero raises to $250k

Hero didn't mean to raise that much, hero intended $25k, hero now hopes everyone kindly folds.
Villain shoves. Hero lets time tick down while crying and shouting swears. Hero calls with 1 second remaining. Villain shows AK. Hero loses and wins $88 for 11th place. 1st was $1500+. Hero goes to bed and cries some more.

Probably this for me. Not only the % I was ahead but what he called with.

Worst beat today was AA all in against JT on a J55 board. Nukka caught his 2 outer jack on the river.

AK to 94, flop A dry, calls, turn 9, calls, river 9
KK 5h3h, flop set and one h, calls on a 5, turn h, calls again , river h
AA open, i get 3bet, i 4bet, 5 and his all in... flop KQJ.. i am done.... nope.... river is 2 he shows 22 .... so i lost 6 BI today

Yesterday, shoving the turn with the nut flush against some dipshit that shows 93o for bottom 2 pair, only to have the board pair on the river giving him 9's full.
suck out Loss = 1/3 of stack
broken mouse = $15
making a BIG note about this idiot for future reference = priceless

It was In a tourney so I just lost my small 2.20$ buy-in

My worst badbeat so for was just recently at pokerstars. I got 23k in chips in the 1.10 15k at stars i get dealt AA hearts and clubs i raise 2300 to get the limpers out i get a guy that pushes all in 13k, so iam thinking lower high pp hense i am holding AA, So I call this reraise to find that he has AA as well so my first thought was split pot till the flop came ddd turn club river d gave him four card flush. This is serious a big killer to me. Drop me too 10k and drove my confidence down and ending up out few hands later with kk losing to 58 when he hit straight on flop. So bad day in 1.10 15k for me.
