I can assure you that if that is in fact what he's proposing, I will absolutely not partake in it lol. I don't cheat in competitive venues. I work hard and get good enough so that even if someone cheats me, I can still win. I'm just starting to break into the game at WPN and put a roll together there. After everything it took to get here, I'm definitely not jeopardizing being on that network. Have you seen the traffic on it lately? #6 overall in the world and rising fast.
edit: Just read his private message to me. He's not proposing collusion or cheating at all.
