    Default Cake Poker rakeback via FTR

    Hey FTR. I signed up for cake poker over a month ago using the FTR bonus code. I've been getting my 110% deposit bonus but my 33% rakeback is nowhere to be seen. There's no sign of it in my cashier history. Other people I've talked to say there should be a "VIP" tab in the cashier screen, but I don't have that. Anyone know what might be wrong? Do I need to get a certain FPP before I start getting rakeback?

    Does anyone know who I can contact about this sort of issue? Nothing on the "contact us" page seems relevant and I understand that posting this sort of thing in the forums here probably isn't the best way to help.

    Where did you get the idea that you would get rakeback thru FTR?

    I approve, because I recently had the same thing and none of the administrators are replying to my email. I did a FTR on first signup at Cake and CakePoker said that FTR is not an affiliate, if thats the case? Why post the FTR code and such on here? It's states you will get the bonus and you will get the RakeBack and when I did not see the RakeBack this Wednesday I emailed CakePoker Support. Please advise. If thats the case it's a case of "False Advertisement" by FTR.

    Is there maybe a better way to advertise rakeback deals thru ftr? Would have used ftr when I signed up with cake but didn't know.

    I'm having the same exact issue.
    I just posted a seperate thread regarding this (sorry).
    What can I do to get this resolved and start getting my rakeback?
