Seems fine to me, I am not scared of the Q on the river. You could bet a little less on the turn (say 400-450) so as not to scare opp away then have a bigger bet to make on the river, but meh.

Probably no reads on opponent this early?

Not much else you can do here, I think you played it fine...unless you check the river when the Q comes, but you have well over half your stack invested here. Him calling that bet on the turn makes me think he has a set, but if he does we pay it off here. Get all the chips in the middle.
