Reraise early

Hero has 40 hands on a villain with 35/18 and 100% cbet rate. 5th hand of the STT, hero has 99 on MP. UTG limps, a couple folds, hero calls, more folds, villain on the button minraises. Blinds fold, UTG and hero both call. Flop comes T62 rainbow. UTG checks, hero checks, button raises 2/3 pot, UTG folds. Hero reraises to 2x pot because he's slightly ahead of villain's range and he must be cbetting anyway?

I don't hate this particularly with your read, but I'd like it just a little bit more if you had a read that Villain donkbet the flop every time he was first to act or when it was checked to him and he wasn't the preflop raiser.
