Default JJ with K on the flop ($22)

Opp 38/0 over 20ish hands. Is folding the only option?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is $60 (9 handed) by Hand Converter CG

    Button ($2210)
    SB ($1400)
    BB ($3710)
    UTG ($1930)
    UTG+1 ($3530)
    Hero ($1770)
    MP2 ($1880)
    MP3 ($2550)
    CO ($1020)

    Preflop: Hero is MP1 with J, J.
2 folds, Hero raises to $180, 3 folds, Button calls $180, 2 folds.

    Flop: ($450) 4, 8, K (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $300, Hero ?

I would either bet/fold or check/call one street, he can bet almost anything, especially lower PPs or 8x, here. Mostly I would lead HPS and give up.

Also c/r shove is always an option, as is calling and shoving any turn but reads help there

If you're going to check you can't fold...

I definitely c-bet the flop here. As played, whether I would call or fold depends on whether opp has been aggressive postflop. In a vacuum I fold though.
