    Default Fugly Turn [6.50 9-man]

Should I just have kept betting turn instead of checking?
As played, fold or shove? Mind the stacks.
Villain seemed propense to call pre raises a ton, but first time I clashed with him. He got his stack by winning pre allins early on, standard fare.

Bet flop harder. I make it 450 to go.

As played, I don't see a reason to stop betting - I'd bet 650 or so on this flop and go into the tank if opp raises.

Yeah, flop bet is awful. Far too drawy a board to give such big odds to villain to call.
Thinking about ranges, the only hands he could have that you're behind on the flop are 77, 88, 78s, and 9hTh would be close (assuming he raises pre with QQ+). If he's willing to call a flop bet with anything else, may as well make him pay for it. I'd want to bet the pot, but may go as low as 500 as I want a call from hands I beat.

I'd then bet the turn approx 60-70% of pot, and hope in hell he folds cos I'd be folding to a shove.

As played, still lead the turn, maybe 800 or so. Fold to a shove.

Tough spot, one of the worst turn cards you could hit, given your stack size I would fold it
