    Okkkkkk
GOd forbid i dont think about my bets (curse u arkana =D)

WHy did I not bet the flop?
Ok well its 3 to a straight and rainbow.
It was a raised pot so i dont think any one has an 89. They could have sets and are being dumb and checking it through. I dont want to pot build for anyone right now and I have position so I can see wat happens on the turn.
If anyone just has 2 big cards right now I can fight them for it on the turn. I dont want to scare them out of hte pot right now.

    The turn.
Well the 2 didnt help anyone or anything
I still think I have the best hand, even sets and made hands wouldve bet by now. So this is a value, probe, 4th st continuation bet all in one.

    Is this good?
Is my flop check behind good? My main reason is "pot control" not real sure wat that means yet, but it sure sounds important =P. I want to keep the pot small becuase I dont have a made hand and it doesnt seem like anyone else is doing anything either. I dont want to build a huge pot for them that I might end up contesting real hard later on in the hand.

As big as the pot is a C-bet would have to be pretty big, and as you mention, the last thing you want to do is build the pot for a made set. It is early in the tourney so I don't see a need to waste money on a missed hand.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

i think the pf raise looks a little small. with three limpers in plus the blinds, the pot is already at 180, and you bet 160. that isnt going to do much other than juice the pot.

I think I like it. For sure I check OOP. Even in position, this is classic CR flop with pretty much any PP.

I actually like the check on the flop because your raise wasnt astranomical someone with 67 suited 78 89 all these suited connecters i have called a raise with after being involved if someone hit this* everything besides the straight* there tryin to take down this pot now they dont wanna see more cards possibly higher so in a sense you kinda just felt out the table with that check... the bet on the turn unless someone is slow playing the straight or has a lower pocket pair then board i think there good here
    I am that fish...

    currently broke as a joke...

    You are behind:
    22 33 44 34 55 66 77 88 99 89 TT JJ QQ 5X 6X 7X 2x and ahead of anything else.

About the only thing you fold with your turn bet is 5X 6X 2X maybe 33 or 44 MAYBE AQ/AJ/KQ are not calling your turn bet.

I don't think a bet here, or on the flop is bad, but I think you can just check it all the way through the river.
