Don't open this hand most of the time, once you do bet ~ 300 on flop and then pot is 400+300+300 = 1000 and you can just shove in the last 900 he has behind on any turn card. Just a tip: Think about your bet sizing and what it will do to stack sizes on future streets and how that will affect the play of your hand. Here you definitely want to get allin and if he is calling 160 he will call 300 with a similar or the same range.
