Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has K Q

fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, MP calls 3 BB, MP+1 calls 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold

    Flop: (10.5 BB, 3 players) A 9 K
Hero bets 7 BB, fold, MP+1 raises to 25.5 BB and is all-in, fold

so...i get that the majority of opps range is going to eat the cbet. but how do we play a hand like this? just c/f?

edit: i meant that im only expected hands that beat me to call

c/c is fine here. Probably c/f if MP bets and MP+1 calls or shoves, but c/c if MP+1 bets.

Because nothing worse calls. Worse could bet hence the c/c, plus you have some bd draws. Really, your villains are loose, but one is on the passive side and one a bit aggro. MP is the more aggro one (based on 3b) and mp1 is more passive. So check call against MP, c/f if mp1 raises or leads if opens. If MP bets and mp1 calls I'd fold too as their ranges would def be ahead and your draws aren't strong enough. Against just am MP bet you may be good now plus have the bd draws which is enough to see a turn.

KQ is the perfect hand to c/c with here.

We pretty much have a hand where no worse hands are calling, AND our hand isn't vulnerable to getting drawn out by some random hand. By contrast, I would bet like 77 or 88 here, because any 9T/JT/QJ/QT type hand has 24% equity vs us even, and we might even get a fold from 99-TT stuff.

Mp+1 only has 28bb's, if you are going to call in a spot like this, your going to prob have to use some implied odds to call with. mp is almost full stacked, but i wouldn't get in the habit of chasing draws like this. you'll start coming up with all kinds of excuses to call.

when your deciding on cbetting think: What worse calls, what better folds, and try and make a plan for the hand.
