How would you beat this guy using my custom HUD?

How would you go about beating this guy?

Villain is a small winner and 8-tabling Zoom (usually 4 tabling 25nl, 4*50nl). Some other specific notes on him are:

Bet sizing: varies between third pot and 60% pot, fixed depending on flop texture.
Rarely goes to showdown and will not commit to a pot without the goods post-flop.
4-bet me from the CO in position the past two times I've 3bet him. Folded 1/1 vs a 5bet jam.

Geez, the number of views in this forum is tiny compared to the BC - anybody got any thoughts on something as crucial as using your HUD to beat your opponents?

looks like you should resteal for value sb & BB vs BTN as he gets very sticky with his wide button opens , and posibly 3bet bluff IP against him
steal quite wide as he folds too much

turn stats in 3bet pots are meaningless due to sample size
looks like he floats a lot

start off by reducing your number of stats to like 10

Here's how I would beat the guy.

I would have strong ranges when he was putting money into the pot, and I would have weak ranges when he wasn't.

After I had emptied his bankroll, I would kidnap his first-born and hold her for ransom.

Then when he was on his knees on my front porch begging for me to put him out of his misery, I would tell him to try PLO.
