PRE can go to 4x + 1 for each limper. This is to combat rake. Since the size of the pot will never reach the amount needed to cap the rake, the rake hits the micros hardest.

I drop to 3x if it's folded to me on the BTN, since blinds like to 3-bet a lot (as they should). I intend to call most of the time, so betting a bit smaller helps prevent an even more inflated pot.

I will drop to a min-raise or stay at 3x when it's folded to me in the SB, depending on how BB behaves. If BB folds a lot, then a min raise is better. If they call a lot, then a tighter range and a 3x open is better.

I'd probably 3-bet shove OTT, but if you 3-bet small to induce, then it worked... not to be results oriented.

I'm kind of a nit deep.

If we assume that he wasn't slow playing on the flop this deep (ie: doesn't have 55/66, maaaybe has TT), and we block some of the hands this turn would improve (we block 67/57) then his range is probably polarized to bluffs and to 89 and some 34 (much less likely).

I would probably call/call any non pairing river, and c/bomb pairing river.

interesting ideas.. so 4x+1 pre is meant to combat rake? I thought it was to keep more people from limping. Then again, i never really understood that sizing, and usually just stuck to 3x+1 or so.
