If you're worried about MP's shove on turn being a size that doesn't re-open the pot (ie: you bet 7 and he shoves like 3 more) then I would just bet enough to put him all-in, rather than this sizing.

I think the only two good options are to bet half his stack, so his shove re-opens betting or bet his entire stack, with the latter being better.
