yes it's weak, i find is more a protector bet with a one pair and than something that is beating you.

Unless you know he's one of those limp AA type shorties then yes.

It may be a bit weak but...mid-pair type hand checks this turn almost everytime. His line represents strength.

one reason to raise here it that lots of ppl call c-bets then lead turns to get you to fold your big cards after they hit the flop. So if that's the case, nothing wrong to take this shit daaoown right now with super draw-heavy board.

But I can't figure out what this line is repping since ppl sitting w 60bb's almost always suck.
