Hand 2: Easy bet the turn you have a ton of outs and want to build a pot. I probably check the river vs unknown.

Hand 3: Fold pre it isn't close. If he's light pre, you can jam the flop. Even if he isn't, its probably plus ev to jam the flop. You can play it the way you played it too i guess.
