I don't think its as bad as you're saying. She has position and she's closing the action, so she is guaranteed to see the flop heads up with position.

The only thing about "not enough stack going in preflop" is that she'll have to get away from her hand sometimes. However, assuming he has a sane threebetting range, the worst case scenario for this flop is TT.

As played (having goofed the minraise) I probably would have just called as well, because fourbetting would turn my cards over, and his threebet has already defined his hand well for us.
