preflop is fine. obviously you're not going to take TPWK very far without good reason.
flop... I don't mind, although I'd like the c/r more in a hu pot. given position and 3 handedness I'd probably call more than raise. Sometimes I'd lead out.
turn check is debatable, probably the best play though.
River again is so tough to say. You can certainly have a lot of big hands... there's nothing to say that you have to fire through with iniative on the turn with a big hand. And if you don't, there's nothing wrong with going for the c/r again on the river. It's very situation and opponent dependant. I personally think it's great for balance, but I certainly don't make a habit out of it. If you calls you with a marginal 1 pair bluff catcher, it's probably -EV in the long run if you're balancing your lines on each street well.
