Default QJo vs min 4 bet oop

Villain is 21/18 and folding to 75% of 3 bets so far. My image is pretty clean. The SB is 24/8 and just a weak passive fish. I think flatting and squeezing are both fine, I'd defo just flat QJs.

My plan is usually to fold to a 4 bet here without further dynamic, but this is just so damn small. I don't like jamming since my hand has pretty meh equity when called and we don't have loads of aggro history yet in these spots. Can I just fold to this even for this price given how badly this plays oop in a 4 bet pot?

    Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) - Party-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    UTG ($16.75)
    MP ($48.80)
    Button ($52.25)
    SB ($49.50)
    Hero (BB) ($54.10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, J
2 folds, Button bets $1.10, SB calls $0.85, Hero raises $4.50, Button raises $8.40, 1 fold, Hero?

    fold, call suited!

Of importance is his BTN opening range and 4b stat

I think villain might expect you to 3bet light in a spot like this with a fish in SB. I think his range consists of mid pairs and suited connector type hands. It's such a awkward spot postflop that calling seems bad at first, but after putting him on a range I think a call is not bad.
