I agree with this, however we can't let people signup after the draw has been done. If we do that then we run the risk in future tourneys of having people wait to see the draw and signup if the byes look favorable.

ok so to decide the draw everybody was given a number based on when they signed up. The byes were #28-32 and were given out at random. I used the following sequence to decide who plays who.

Alex made a tough call w/ AA on a 3 flush board to win the 1st one, but Geoffrey came back appearing to tilt Alex after 4betting K7o, chk'ing back K9x, betting T turn and shoving K river against Alex's slowplayed aces.

Geoffrey had all the momentum at that point and induced Alex to 6b bluff shove Q6o 200bb deep and ran into Geoffrey's QQ.

i witnessed the dispute that happened in the al yell v yAAwn game:

Al yell had 27 extra chips (which he willingly admits), so stacks going into the disputed hand were yAAwn 661 chips vs. al yell 166

al yell doubled up to 332 and yAAwn was left with 495

if al yell hadn't had his extra 27 in his stack it would have gone:

yAAwn starts with 661 chips vs al yell 139 chips

al yell doubles up to have a stack of 278 and yaawn loses slightly less to have 522

so it WAS 495 vs 332
instead of 522 vs 278

again, al yell admitted that he had 27 extra chips in his stack so was willing to conced 27 chips from his stack, but as you can see, he should actually have 54 less in his stack and yaawn should have 27 more. since observer chat wasn't on, they couldn't settle it, so now the rubber match is left unsettled.

i played about as bad as humanly possible for a period of about 5 mins after a huge overbet ran into the pseudonuts and then tilt bet-called the low boat after getting 2 outered on turn.

was down to my last 21 chips or so, leaky sitting w a 39-1 chip lead.

lucksacked my way back to the chip lead, then had leaky hit a gutter on the riv to chip down my top 2.
