Default NL25 - TPTK facing strength

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

    Hero ($26.50)
    SB ($26.80)
    BB ($24.70)
    UTG ($25.60)
    MP ($9.20)

Preflop: Hero is Button with , .
UTG raises to $0.75, 1 fold, Hero raises to $2, 2 folds, UTG calls $1.25.

    Flop: ($4.35) , , (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $2.5, UTG raises to $7, Hero calls $4.50.

    Turn: ($18.35) (2 players)
UTG bets $16.6 (All-In), Hero times out and folds.

    Final Pot: $1.75

I feel that I played this terribly. I didn't have any read on villain. Maybe I should have 3-bet-shoved the flop. The turn call is a must right?

PF 3bet is too small sir, somelike like $2.50 seems better.

I check back the flop (oh noes) or cbet bigger, an amount (like $3.50) that forces him to raise a lot if he wants to play back at you.

As played looks like a fjadslkfjldkj fold cuz we're splitting with the bottom of his range (although most likely part) and the rest (KQ/AA/KK/QQ) has us smoked.

Reads would help. Betting closer to pot on the flop makes this easier to play.

only call this flop if your read is that you should stack off as villain has less than a PSB left

    wouldn't he 4-bet PF with AA/KK?

he certainly could, but when and UTG player opens, calls a 3bet, then c/r's the flop, AA/KK is certainly still in their range.

We never like to deal with exacts, so the fact that he didnt 4bet doesn't take AA out of his range.
