basically what others already said...
- you're not positionally aware (this one is huge)
- you're sucking in the blinds
- you have tilt issues (omgwtf how did you lose so much in the end???)
- you are playing a VERY high variance style (as seen in your graph)

post more screens, like the more details in the general tab.
