Also, aislephive - how'd u put him on a bluff the hand a couple up with AKs?
It was a combination of things really, and feel too. When he leads the river, I'm pretty sure he has trips/boat or total air (don't think he leads with Kx or JJ, but if he was leading with Kx or AA, I thought he was capable of laying it down if I pushed), and based on previous hands I thought it was unlikely he would play a monster this way. A few hands prior the same pf/flop action occured, and he checked the turn, I bet 99 he c/r'ed to 250, I pushed, and he folded, so I thought he'd probably lead turn if he had Qx here. I'm guessing he had a flush draw, mayybe Kx/AA.
