Not much you can do but try and get to showdown cheaply.

Does anyone value bet the river if its another low card?

If river wasn't a heart I would have bet the river.
You only fear Kx (unlikely, would have bet turn I think), JJ, QQ.
You get value from 8x, lower PP.

With the heart I'd fear a check-raise on the river, to which we need to fold, and which could have been a good bluff. I want showdown here, so I c/c.

Id raise less preflop but thats a matter of preference- everything else is good/standard and another value bet seems bad unless u have a ridiculously terrible image and opponent is a donk
