No Blinds Increase are fine. Less swings than standard slow ones so you have plenty for 110s and somewhere in the range of 5k - 6k BR I'd take shot at 220s.

Only I don't see why you should not switch to cash. You're already used to (and prefer) deeper stacks. In fact most good players recommend moving to cash when you reach 200s in general and this is where you are now.
